Be brave enough to go after what you really want. When you do, there will be moments that seem like "rejections" or "failures" but are actually gifts. These are learning opportunities that can only deter you if you let them. It is up to you to decide whether you will stay put to protect yourself from discomfort or take risks to pursue your dream. No risk, no reward.

I love contributing my skills to something I believe makes the world a better place. Disney films have always emboldened me to pursue my wildest dreams, one of which was working here! It brings me joy to spend my days knowing my work might help bring that feeling of inspiration to people around the world. 

Mulan, because she inspires me to exit my comfort zone. Like her, I know I am capable of success even in situations where I am "the odd one out."

Watching the Mulan parade as a little girl with my late Grandpa Joe, aka GGG, Greatest Grandpa in the Galaxy. Also, I named my dog Mushu after her sidekick, Mushu the dragon.
